Welcome to Kids Seerah. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website kidsseerah.com and enrollment in any of our courses. By accessing our website or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before enrolling.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or enroll in our courses.
2. About Kids Seerah
Kids Seerah is an online Islamic education platform based in Pakistan. Our primary focus is teaching the life and character of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ — Seerat ul Nabi ﷺ — along with other Islamic subjects, to children aged 6–16 years through live, structured, and engaging online classes.

3. Eligibility
- Our courses are designed for children aged 6–16 years
- Enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian
- By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enroll your child
- Kids Seerah reserves the right to refuse enrollment at its discretion
4. Enrollment
- Enrollment is confirmed only after payment verification and WhatsApp confirmation from our team
- Submitting the admission form does not guarantee enrollment until payment slip is verified
- Enrollment is accepted on a first come, first served basis
- We reserve the right to close enrollment when seats are full
- You will receive all class details, schedule and access information on WhatsApp within 24 hours of enrollment confirmation
5. Course Fee & Payment
- Course fee is clearly stated on our website at the time of enrollment
- Current fee: ₨2,499 per course (subject to change after promotional period)
- Payment must be made via one of our accepted methods:
- Meezan Bank
- EasyPaisa
- JazzCash
- Payment slip must be uploaded during enrollment
- Fee is due before the course begins
- Kids Seerah reserves the right to change course fees at any time with prior notice
6. Course Delivery
- All classes are delivered live online via video conferencing
- Class schedule will be shared upon enrollment confirmation
- Classes are conducted in Urdu and English
- In case a class is cancelled by Kids Seerah, a replacement class will be scheduled
- Kids Seerah reserves the right to change teachers, timings, or schedule with prior notice to parents
7. Parent & Student Responsibilities
As a parent or guardian, you agree to:
✅ Ensure your child attends classes regularly and on time
✅ Provide a stable internet connection for online classes
✅ Ensure your child behaves respectfully toward teachers and other students
✅ Not record, share, or distribute any class content without written permission from Kids Seerah
✅ Keep login credentials and class links confidential
✅ Inform us in advance if your child will miss a class
8. Code of Conduct
Kids Seerah is an Islamic education platform. All students, parents, and staff are expected to maintain Islamic etiquette and respect at all times.
The following will not be tolerated:
❌ Disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour toward teachers or students
❌ Use of offensive language
❌ Bullying or harassment of any kind
❌ Sharing of class links with unauthorised persons
Kids Seerah reserves the right to remove any student from the course without refund if these rules are violated.
9. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Kids Seerah including but not limited to:
- Lesson slides
- eBooks
- Class notes
- Course materials
- Website content
…is the intellectual property of Kids Seerah and may not be copied, shared, sold, or distributed without prior written permission.
10. Privacy
Your use of our website and courses is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at kidsseerah.com/privacy-policy. By enrolling, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
Kids Seerah shall not be liable for:
- Any technical issues beyond our control (internet outages, platform downtime)
- Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services
- Any content shared by students or parents in class
Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the course fee paid by you.
12. Changes to Courses
Kids Seerah reserves the right to:
- Modify course content, structure, or duration
- Change teachers or teaching staff
- Reschedule classes with prior notice
- Cancel a course in exceptional circumstances with full refund to enrolled students
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
14. Changes to These Terms
Kids Seerah reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised date. Continued use of our website or enrollment in our courses after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
