At Kids Seerah, we are committed to providing the highest quality Islamic education for your child. We understand that circumstances can change, and we want every parent to feel confident and secure when enrolling their child in our courses.
That is why we offer a fair, simple, and transparent Refund Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility — 15 Day Guarantee
We offer a full refund if the following conditions are met:
✅ You request a refund within 15 days of your enrollment confirmation date
✅ Your child has attended fewer than 3 classes
✅ You submit a complete refund request with your enrollment details
Example: If your enrollment was confirmed on 1st July, your refund request must be submitted by 15th July.
3. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:

Step 2 — Provide Your Details
Share the following information:
- Parent / Guardian name
- Child’s name
- Enrollment confirmation date
- Payment method used
- Reason for refund request
Step 3 — Wait for Review
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and respond on WhatsApp or email.
Step 4 — Refund Processed
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be returned via the same payment method used during enrollment:

Please ensure your payment account details are active and correct when requesting a refund.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
A refund will NOT be issued in the following situations:
❌ Refund request is made after 15 days of enrollment confirmation date
❌ Your child has attended 3 or more classes
❌ The course has been completed or nearly completed
❌ Refund is requested due to reasons outside Kids Seerah’s control such as:
- Internet connectivity issues on parent’s side
- Child’s personal unavailability
- Change of mind after 15 days
❌ Enrollment was made during a special promotional offer and the 15-day window has passed
❌ Student was removed from the course due to violation of our Code of Conduct
6. Partial Refund
In exceptional circumstances, Kids Seerah may offer a partial refund at its sole discretion. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on:
- Number of classes attended
- Reason for the request
- Time elapsed since enrollment
7. Course Cancellation by Kids Seerah
In the rare event that Kids Seerah cancels a course entirely:
✅ All enrolled students will receive a full refund
✅ Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
✅ Parents will be notified immediately via WhatsApp
8. Disputed Refunds
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate your concern by:
- Emailing us at info@kidsseerah.com with subject line: “Refund Dispute”
- Our management team will review your case within 72 hours
- A final decision will be communicated to you in writing
We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and transparently.
